Welcome to the Cardiff Quins Ladies RFC website. Quins are Cardiff's premier women's rugby club. Based in Whitchurch at Cardiff Quins RFC. Training takes place on Thursday evenings at 1830 during the season, so whether you're an established player or have never played rugby before, but fancy a new challenge, why not come along and see what we can offer you?
